Financial Aid Application Process
Applications are open to students entering Grade 6 and above in the 2026-2027 academic year.
Step 1: Attend Windsor Math Club
Joining the Windsor Math Club is the first step in applying for aid. Benchmarks in Math (and English) introduced during Windsor Math Club determine aid eligibility. Participation in the Windsor Math Club is encouraged to build proficiency for the official diagnostic on December 13, 2025. Candidates may take the diagnostics earlier if ready.
When: Saturdays through December 13, 10:00–11:15 a.m.
Where: Windsor Upper School Campus; STEM Classroom #3
Bring: Wifi-enabled laptop/tablet + writing instruments
Access: Log-In to Khan Academy using a Gmail address that can be associated with the student for the coming years
Math Club Registration: No preregistration required, but we recommend joining the Windsor Math Club WhatsApp group to confirm that a session will be running on a particular Saturday
Step 2: Register your interest via the online portal here.
Step 3: Complete the academic diagnostic tests and apply by December 13, 2025
Students must meet the benchmarks by this date to apply for admission and aid for the 2026-2027 year. The final opportunity to complete the academic benchmark tests is December 13, 2025.
Award Decisions: Announced at the end of February 2026
All decisions and awards will be communicated at the end of February 2026.
Specific disciplines (athletic, performance arts, etc.) may also be considered for aid, but must receive endorsement from specialty program directors and still find success on the diagnostics.
